Our first experience with Chaz was when he helped us cut a road into our unimproved property in the mountains just outside Leavenworth. We were impressed with the fact that the machine was just an extension of Chaz' arm!

We had him come back when it was time to dig the foundation for our mountain home. We could never have moved the huge rocks without such a skill full Operator in the machine. Once again, Chaz was a pro who smoothly and efficiently dug our hole for a basement – in glacial gravel (some rocks were the size of a car).

Chaz then groomed the rocks (I won’t say dirt) for our pole building, dug the ditches for the septic drainage lines (with the drainage as per code) and helped to backfill the area around the finished foundation.

Chaz is a professional who comes when he says he will, and does an efficient and top-notch job.

After you hire him – you have to take some time and go watch him work his magic. It is amazing!

Chaz and his team have done both large and small projects for us. They are knowledgeable and their work is quality craftsmanship. They are also just genuinely nice folks, who even came to my rescue when I locked myself out of the house. Their bids are reasonable and I will use them for future projects.

We used Yelp to get about 5 different bids on our home flooring project. Chaz and Jeanette were by far the friendliest and seemed the most knowledgeable out of all the contractors and flooring companies. They did not even have the cheapest bid, but I knew I was going to get exactly what I wanted. I read reviews on other companies about the base boards being chipped and dented after the flooring installation, leaving the customers unimpressed. Chaz and Jeanette made sure to provide as much service as I wanted, which was great because I did not want to deal with repainting the base boards. Also, I asked way too many questions about the project but they never got frustrated with me and always made sure I was on the same page as them. They were always on time and communicated how long the project was suppose to take, which was important for us because we needed to coordinate boarding for our animals. Overall, the end result is beautiful and I will certainly be contacting them for any jobs in the future. I completely recommend Titaan for any home construction projects!
